Choose a chef based on ratings, reviews, and photos. Each chef undergoes verification via passport, health certificate, and cooking conditions for your meals.

Payment will be made online through the app using all available methods: cash, bank card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Meals will be prepared using verified ingredients with quality control, and chefs will be responsible for adhering to sanitary preparation standards. Real customer reviews will affect the chef’s rating.

Cancellation terms depend on the order processing stage: a 30-minute buffer exists from the order creation stage to the start of preparation. If the client fails to cancel their order during this period, cancellation will no longer be possible afterward. If any disputes arise during the ordering/delivery process, you can resolve them through our customer support service.

Delivery outside Kyiv is currently available only to the nearest cities: Irpin, Bucha, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, Vyshneve, Novosilky, Vyshhorod, Brovary.
